Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I have been extremely fortunate I can still count on one hand the amount of times I have been sick in my entire life, excluding have two children. I can't even tell you what it feels like now that I am in my sixties from the government calling Social Security an entitlement program and maybe they have forgotten that, that money belongs to me as I am the one that worked to put it there. Is it because you feel you will no longer need our vote that as we get older you can cast us aside and take advantage, it is a question I am beginning to asked more and more every day. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Sincerely, Mrs. Celestina Simmons
