I urge you to adopt the rule as proposed.
I have owned stock in several publicly traded companies for over 30 years. Additionally, I have funds invested in eight mutual funds. Much of my retirement income will come from stock dividends and the sale of stock.
I feel Boards who grossly overpay their executives are hurting investors like me. They use various methods to hide the total compensation. I feel this rule will help investors have a better idea of how a company's profit is overly reduced by over paying executives.
