I’m writing in support of a strong Dodd-Frank rule 953(b).
Regulation was responsible for a robust market with sane and lasting growth. Deregulation brought us the Savings & Loan disaster of the 1980s and the destruction of Glass-Stegall brought us the near meltdown of the economy in 2008. Do not give in. Instead, weigh your duty to protect investors and the American public against the self-serving interests of those seeking to undermine this rule.
