Dear Securities and Exchange Commission:

I am a going-on 66 year old widowed grandmother and I worry for the future of myself and my children and grandchildren.

Income inequality means economic doom for this country; if the people don't have, they can't spend and contribute to the economic stability of others.  My pension plan invests in my ability to survive when I am no longer able to work.

Capitalism isn't in the Constitution and, in the current environment of a wannabe oligarchy buying our politicians, dirty-tricking elections and suppressing the voice of a failing middle class, we look to  you to level the playing field before the out of control greed destroys what once was a country I was so happy to be born in for its freedom and opportunity.

Please implement the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

Sincerely,

Jean Dobbin
