Dear Securities and Exchange Commission:

Lower CEO-to-worker pay ratios can have a positive impact on employee morale and productivity. Disclosure of the pay ratios is an important first step toward activism, but there are many other negligent corporate activities that need to be disclosed and more drastic measures are needed to provoke compliance. GE, for example, has been producing mercury florescent light bulbs for 100 years and there is no place where you can conveniently dispose of them without polluting the environment. They also get special privileges via cronyism to the detriment of taxpayers.

Sincerely,

Erik Swanson
