The government, investors, employees, customers and the general public will be better able to evaluate the value of products and services, and the ethos, and the value of companies whose pay ratio is public knowledge.
The economy will benefit from this information making all companies more competitive by having a well informed citizenry.
Please implement the regulation requiring disclosure of companies' pay ratios as soon as possible.
