I understand the SEC is soliciting comment on the Dodd-Frank Rule 953(b). I am writing to express my support for any and all efforts to disclose the shocking disparities between CEO pay practices and the pay of average workers. Among other factors damaging our economy, these disparities should be exposed and be part of the decision-making consciousness of every citizen.
