I support Dodd-Frank rule 953(b), for I remember this,
Date Line, 1968. Downtown San Francisco, corporate center.
Pay differentials at very low ratio, perhaps mid teens, stirred equal competitive energy to reach the top. I saw the scramble for excellence as well as lo-down politics.
A pay differential of fifteen times is best for both national security and longevity.
