I support Dodd-Frank rule 953(b), which strikes me as being all about the intersection of pay equity and investor value.
There is something wrong with a system in which the average CEO earns 354 times more than his average employee.
It will be very useful to see which corporations support this disparity and which have moderate income differences. I hope you will implement this system.
