To whom it may concern,

I am opposed to any rule that allows non holders of shares to be entitled to recieve a vote. Only shareholders/owners of a company should be able to vote on how the company operates and moves forward. Anyone holding derivatives contracts should only be able to vote by exercising said contracts and becoming a shareholder.
This rule can potentially be abused by bad actors, and also allows more votes than shares outstanding to be put forward, thus devaluing the votes of the ACTUAL shareholders who own the company.
