I am against Modernization of Beneficial Ownership Reporting, by opening up voting rights to derivative holders by taking them from investors holding them in brokerage accounts and other non-directly registered forms. Voting should be the rights of shareholders, not share-borrowers, or those who hold the share as sold, not yet purchased;. Make the free and fair market great again.
