I do not support this rule, as it steals away voting rights from legitimate shareholders of a stock. Derivative players can buy the stock of a company like everyone else if they wish to have voting rights, and if buying a stock is harmful to them well that’s too bad. It’s called consequences for their actions. It’s time to stop allowing blatant disregard for the rights of legitimate shareholders, and stop these rules that only benefit those gaming the system.
