Hi, I am a household investor, and I would like to voice my objection for the proposed rule S7-06-22 as it unjustly provides cash settled derivative holders the rights to the underlying asset, which makes zero sense. I am not in support of this rule. I would also like to ask the SEC to abolish failure-to-delivers (FTDs). Best, Dr. Brandon Smith Sandia National Labs
