The prospect that those BORROWING stock that they do not OWN and having equal OWNership rights does not make sense! Why should my ownership rights be diluted by someone that simply borrowed their shares, at a fraction of the cost and often times for nefarious purposes where their motivation is pure greed? S7-06-22 should not pass as written. Maybe try again with a goal of protecting household investors. Why do we need buy in or advice in writing these rules from the very people that have turned this whole market into what it's become; a rigged and deceptive game? Above ALL else, protect the backbone of the market, the household investor!
