To whom it may concern, As a household investor, I fully support this proposal. It allows greater transparency within the markets when considered in line with other reporting requirements. My support to this proposal comes both from my deontological views on what a market should be, and also due to the opinion that actors that I considered to be harmful to the market have expressed, in which they argued it could cause liquidity and other operational issues for large companies such as MFA's and hedge funds. Nevertheless, what they fail to mention is that this proposal protects the integrity of the markets in terms of true price discovery and allows accurate assessments as to the health of a particular security, in addition to providing additional insights as to why they are being valued on the open markets at the price points they're available at on an accurate and up to the date basis, similar to the data market-makers see.
