To the honorable SEC staff and to whom it may concern, I continue to oppose this proposal, as not only does the current system allow genuine investors with an interest in the growth and development of a company to provide a fairly weighted say in certain decision making processes, it allows the companies concerned to have a clear understanding as to the level of devotion and support committed in relation to the companies causes, beliefs, actions and performance, from individual investors, including household and retail investors!! Therefore, this new proposal would severely damage an open, transparent, reciprocal and honorable relationship between investors and the companies they choose to support!
