There are an overwhelming amount of extremely eloquent comments on this matter. I will try to keep mine brief. I urge the commission to support household investors and protect markets (as mandated) and make sure that BORROWING something does not receive the same rights as OWNING. allowing this will dilute the already fragile rights of household investors and will benefit large players who have already created seismic advantages over the playing field. To further advance the agenda of large market forces that already willfully conduct illegal business with barely any consequences would be shameful. I implore you to do the right thing
