To whom it may concern. I do not support this proposal, as the current regulations ensure control of a company’s decisions remains in the hands of long term investors who hold an interest in the continued success of said company and see the full price and risk associated with a security as a worthwhile cost in return for having an opportunity to be part of a company’s success and to include their views in regards to what is best to promote and protect their investments.
