I do not support this proposal. We need a fair market, that means retail household investors should hold voting power equal to that of their investment. If voting rights are taken away, part of their investment power is lost. One of many reasons proposal S7-6-22 can lead to a further broken system is the fact that brokerages have loaned shares without express permission. Thank you, John Schaeffer
