I do not support this proposal. Personally I do not see any reason why we cannot in the digital age find a way to have it much more clear to household investors that when they are purchasing stocks, they are not even entitled to all the ownership rights of that stock. I believe that proposals like this take power away from individuals who are looking after themselves and their families, and gives power to those who are already wealthy and simply preying on the innocent. -- Nathaniel Fabrikant
