As stated by the commission these rules have not been updated since the 60's and 70's and therefore it's time to update requirements for reporting. The current requirements offer major short falls to transparency for reporting 5-10% beneficial ownerships of securities. I support the shorter requirements to disclose ownership of 5-10+% of any security, derivative, or security based swap to help keep markets more fair for household investors
