To whomever might listen, I’m frankly surprised this rule is even a consideration. A derivative, which is a gamble that can’t confirm there will ever be ownership in the stock, would carry voting rights frankly sounds like a scam on retail. This would weaken markets to unspeakable levels of market manipulation. For the sake of this country, the strength of our markets and it’s people vote down this ruling. Joe Barnett
