I shouldn’t have to write an email to tell the SEC how ridiculous this proposal is. I am a retail investor and expect to have one vote per one share. The fact that this very basic investment rule is being threatened is ridiculous and a symptom of the massive corruption that has penetrated our market and our government. Please keep the markets fair and stop trying to break the rules to punish the rest of us.
