I am a citizen and a voter! First of all derivatives should be outlawed! Most Americans don’t know what short selling even means, let alone know that it is even happening. But to give someone the right to investor vote when they don’t even own the stock yet is outrageous! Just because someone purchased the right to buy a stock at a later date doesn’t mean they purchased it. Derivatives is what caused every market crash in history and you SEC allow it to keep crashing because you don’t require any transparency of derivatives. It’s a tragedy that you allow hard working US citizens pension to be swapped with over leveraged derivatives. Concerned Citizen, Paul Narro
