?It appears my prior comment may miss some nuances to this which are important (e.g. some useful developments for mandatory reporting on beneficial ownership of derivatives). 


Please do what’s best for Main Street. I realize that’s not always be obvious, but at the end of the day that’s what we have to rely on you to do.

?To Whom It May Concern, 

I am writing to express my objection in the clearest terms possible to proposal/file S7-06-22. 

The proposal would further complicate the existing over-voting issue and destroy any semblance of corporate democracy. Wall Street insiders would be able to manipulate derivative contracts to overrule democratic shareholder votes. This flies in the face of our core values we hold as a nation.
