To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my objection in the clearest terms possible to proposal/file S7-06-22. The proposal would further complicate the existing over-voting issue and destroy any semblance of corporate democracy. Wall Street insiders would be able to manipulate derivative contracts to overrule democratic shareholder votes. This flies in the face of our core values we hold as a nation.
