To whom it may concern: The ability to allow derivative the “right” to vote in share holder meetings would be a gross misrepresentation of what the share holders of a company actually want. People have bought shares of a company, and have a voice. People that have either sold derivative contacts or bought them should not be allowed equal representation, because they have not actually bought shares, and therefore a stake in the health of a company. Please do not allow this rule to be pushed through. It would not allow for retail to be represented, which is already underrepresented in the capital markets already. Thank you, A concerned retail investor
