Dear sir / ma’am I Read articles stating that the SEC wants to allow derivative holder to have voting rights. This is against everything you are put in place to uphold and fails to protect investors and companies. Please seriously reconsider even entertaining the option to enact this rule/law. Enacting this will have horrifically negative consequences for companies and investors alike as well as our entire economical structure.
