This message is in regards to the rule # S7-06-22 that's being considered to be implemented. I, a stock shareholder for several companies, wants the committee to vote no for I do not believe that derivative stock holders are legit holders since they are only borrowing/renting a stock. If this rule passes, then it will also legalize synthetic shares, which in turn will devalue shares of other major companies and devalue the dollar entirely. Please vote no.
