I’m against giving derivative voting rights to parties who can and will abuse their power by diluting genuine shareholder votes.

I suspect this rule will also allow untrustworthy brokers to pounce on unsuspecting beneficial owners of shares via misleading voting emails that encourage them to damage their own long positions by offering misleading voting guidance.

Only shareholders registered with a transfer agent should be allowed to vote.

Changing rules to facilitate Wall Street’s greed when they’re behind sickening acts of manipulation, such as cellar boxing, aimed at genuine companies, just because they’re on the wrong side of a trade and refuse to pay shareholders what is owed to them is beyond disgusting.

Regards,

An angry shareholder.
