Dear SEC, I believe that allowing Non-Shareholders to Vote should NOT be allowed. Voting any Derivative positions only allows for more manipulation and dilution of the actual shareholder position. No, no, no way. No vote unless "Real Shareholder". Thank you, Evan Gorodetsky
