I am strongly against this proposal, as it seems to go against shareholders' best interests. Extending voting rights to derivative holders would not help household investors and would further obscure voting process. This proposal would only make things worse, as you could buy options, execute them and then artificially affect the voting. It makes already big problem worse. I do not want this implented, so it can be abused by bad actors. With regards, EU citizen
