I, as an individual investor, majorly oppose this rule as only real holders/owners of a company should be able to vote. Derivatives are unchecked and are often used in illegal ways to manipulate stocks. This rule would cause chaos and put individual investors at an ever more unfair disadvantage against multi billion dollar firms and hedge funds.
