Please do not pass this rule. We don’t need speculative option buyers making decisions that would be against share holding investors interests. Allowing this rule would allow hedge funds to buy contracts for short periods of time with the purpose of influencing votes taken on shareholder matters. They would be able to sway votes that would benefit their short term interests over the interests of longer term shareholders investors. Please do not pass this rule. Sent from my iPhone
