To the esteemed individuals of the Securities and Exchange Commission,

I am composing this correspondence to voice my apprehensions regarding the suggested regulation S7-06-22 pertaining to the allocation of voting privileges to holders of securities derivatives in publicly traded enterprises. While I acknowledge the possible advantages of inclusivity and representation, I am of the opinion that there exist substantial hazards in enabling derivatives holders to partake in voting on corporate affairs. Such risks encompass speculative voting, conflicts of interest, the dilution of voting rights, augmented voting influence with reduced capital, and the potential for misuse.
