Please do not allow shares from derivatives to be used as voting shares. Institutions and hedge funds can create a huge amount of voting shares at a low cost to destroy a company that way.
The value of my investments is in the long term growth of a company however, if this rule passes it would legalize the theft of my investments. Please do not allow this to happen. Thank you for your time.
