Comment on SEC Rule Proposal S7-06-22
Dear SEC,
I am writing to provide my comments and concerns on SEC Rule Proposal S7-06-22 - Modernization of Beneficial Ownership Reporting and Support for Ensuring Transparency and Fairness in the Market.
I find this proposal to be a sellout of the shareholders and retail investors' interest. Institutions will be given license to print and dilute company shares with or without transparency. In this case, most likely WITHOUT transparency. It's always interesting that the proposal name is meant to do the exact opposite of what it was intended to do.
Please do your job and make the market \"fair\" and \"transparent\".
