Dear SEC.
Only the share holder, and the share holder alone should be considered to have beneficial ownership, or part ownership in a publicly traded company.
This should be considered in relation to, but not limited to corporate governance and/or dividends.
Only share holders are beneficial owners, and this should not change..
Proposing that owners of cash- settled derivative securities as beneficial owners is a ridiculous proposal.
Peoples taxes paid for this ridiculous proposal to be put to paper.
Please do better at making rule proposals that benefit the investing public in the future.
