Are you people crazy? WHY would anyone want those who only own derivatives to have voting rights for a company? Just who does that help except those who will take advantage of that and buy/sell based on their desire to vote. Can you people NOT see how that rule can greatly used against a company? Common sense has escaped anyone who votes in favor of this. Thank you.
