I am commenting on this rule to express disapproval. I do not believe holders of even cash covered derivatives should be granted beneficial ownership status.
I feel as that could and would become a tool for larger parties to further manipulate market favor by inflating or diluting traditional share vote tabulation.
As an individual Household Investor I would like to see tighter regulation and enforcement when it comes to the derivatives market. Thank you for your time.
