Voting rights should be for shareholders and beneficial owners only. Derivatives voting would allow easy manipulation with no skin in the game. The only benefit of giving derivatives rights to vote is easier access to sucking wealth out of hard working businesses.
God help us all, because the prosecutors are working for the bad guys.
