Greetings,
I am a household investor who is trying to invest in the US economy in order to try to take advantage of the capitol provided to me by my labor.
I am against allowing derivative owners voting rights to the companies I invest in. Allowing this dilutes my own voting rights without my or the stock issuing companys permission. Further there is so little transparency in derivatives that it would be impossible for me to determine with any confidence the validity of future voting.
