I am adamantly apposed to this change. It will dilute the value of investment for the average retail investor. Derivatives aren't a class of investment that should be considered ownership of a company. Taking on no risk while getting all the rewards. Buying a companies stock should be the only avenue towards ownership as it comes with risk. Also a company alone has the right to issue shares. If they choose dilution it is there choice, allowing derivatives into this space dilutes a companies stock without their consent. Bad
