I support every change that is proposed except the one that allows two entities to form a group and operate without regulation of their transactions. That will get taken advantage of too easily and will obscure transactions that might substantially and singlehandedly affect a security. Allowing these transactions to occur threatens the ability for companies and their investors to monitor the health of their stock and securities, and prevent the SEC from easily investigating if a security is being manipulated and finding the perpetrators. The only benefit this secrecy provides is the ability to commit nefarious acts without easily getting caught. Sure privacy also lends a competitive edge. But competitive edges should not be allowed at the expense of a companies ability to thrive or survive in the market.
