I am really excited for exemptions to be broadly applied as previous rules disproportionatly affected average retail investors, instead of what this rule is supposed to do.
While congress is making record number of insider tradings, it looked always absurd that retail investors openly discussing stock they are holding to be prohibited, and manipulation is never really in control of retail. Thank you for proposed rule that could potentially encourage healthy open discussions among retail investors.
