I support the proposal as outlined by the SEC. I would further add that all significant stock ownership positions (Inc. shorts, swaps etc.) require mandatory public reporting in the name of market transparency.
In the interests of investors worldwide I believe full disclosure of all large positions should be mandatory.
I am choosing to remain anonymous as I believe there is a not insignificant security risk of repercussions from \"Big Money\" institutions that these rulings will affect.
