I agree with Gary Gensler's statement that \"The filing of Schedule 13D can have a material impact on a company's share price, so it is important that shareholders get that information sooner\" in regards to the proposed policy changes in S7-06-22.
I disagree with the lazy unwillingness to provide important information in a timely manner as described by Adrian Day. Adrian Day should know that United States Americans are well known for their innovation and their ability to meet challenges. Every day, American businesses find ways to provide solutions to meet customer needs. Instead of thinking of new policies as an 'undue burden', Adrian Day should consider the opportunities for expanding business practices under timely reporting.
I believe that the proposed policy changes in S7-06-22 will create jobs in the financial sector. S7-06-22 should be approved and implemented as soon as possible to provide increased financial transparency in the marketplace, as well as career opportunities for hard working, motivated Americans.
