Being a startup is hard. You don't know exactly where your next Angle will come from, especially 14 days before the deal happens. We graduated from a business incubator and have been trying to raise our seed funding for months now. Extra paperwork, and stricter funding requirements will have a huge effect on our business.
A one year penalty box will kill companies. Companies that create jobs and new opportunities.
