i think the sec made a great choice to let startups get invested by accredited investors is a great idea cuz it give everybody an equal chance to get investments weather its small or big cause some people might not make 100,000 or 200,000 a month and there raising factor could be smaller then the set amount which doesn't make it fair to small start ups thank you for listen and can't wait till sept. 23
