This new law will dramatically hinder the ability for young founders and tech startups to succeed which will directly impact the United States economy.
As new startups are primarily composed of inexperienced entrepreneurs, this new law will immediately put them out of business when they inadvertently make a mistake learning the many ins outs of starting a business.
From my own experience, this would have sunk my ship very early on, leaving me far less likely to even bother trying to start any subsequent job-creating ventures.
